I love how someone on TvTropes added our take under “Ron the Death Eater”, without really explaining why we’re unjustly accusing IDW Sonic - wouldn’t it be more fair under “Alternative Character Interpretation”, especially if we’re so off base like the trope implies? :V eh who am i kidding, i’m already surprised they added things like broken base and other negative/neutral tropes. Our analysis of the character comes from us taking all the information we could find and remember, and interpreting them from our own perspective it’s what people that have a basic understanding of literary analysis do. Look, if you (general) engage with comics by staring at the pretty pictures, you do you. It’s just a rehash of the typical argument “but why do you ~care~ so much about something that i personally like so silly, wah wah wah you’re overthinking this”. I was afraid I had accidentally offended you with my stance on diagnosing characters (and people, which I hadn’t added the other day - please don’t diagnose real people, and I’m talking to you, Reddit and your love for the word “narcissist”). I’ll be honest: it took me a while to understand you aren’t angry at me.
